My Career Journey — And Why I Built This Website

In a world where everything is digital, where first impressions often happen before an actual conversation, and where companies want as much information as possible before meeting a candidate, I realized something:
I should tell my story in my own words.

Not in a CV format.
Not squeezed into a single LinkedIn headline.
Not reduced to bullet points that strip out personality.
But in a place where my work, my energy, my experience, and my values could actually be seen.

So I built this website — equal parts portfolio, introduction, reflection, and invitation.
It’s my way of saying: Here’s who I am. Here’s what I’ve built. Here’s where I’m going next.

Where It All Started

My career hasn’t been a straight line — and honestly, I’m glad it wasn’t. The twists and turns taught me to adapt, to rethink, to rebuild, and to keep moving forward. I didn’t step into HR because I loved policies or paperwork (no one does, let’s be honest). I stepped into it because I’ve always been fascinated by people — how they work, grow, collaborate, and sometimes get stuck.

I learned early on that the heart of any organization isn’t the strategy deck or the financial plan — it’s the people powering it. That realization shaped everything I’ve done since: how I lead, how I build, how I solve problems, and how I help others grow.

From Doing the Work to Shaping the Work

Over the years, I’ve worked across People & Culture, HR Strategy, Leadership Development, Organizational Design, and People Operations.
I’ve helped companies scale, rebuilt processes from scratch, coached leaders through change, created clarity where there was none, and built environments where people can actually do their best work.

I thrive in pace, in complexity, and in moments of “we’ve never done this before.”
Those are the spaces where I think the most clearly.

But more importantly: those are the spaces where I feel the most useful.

Why This Website Exists

The digital world has changed how companies hire. Before you meet someone, you’ve already formed an impression based on whatever information is available. Recruiters and hiring managers want to understand your story — your approach, your values, your experience — long before the first call.

So instead of waiting for people to piece together fragments from LinkedIn, CVs, job titles, and assumptions, I wanted to give a clearer picture:

  • Who I am

  • How I work

  • What I believe about People & Culture

  • What I’ve built

  • What energizes me

  • What I’m looking for next

This website is the full version — not the compressed version.

The Next Chapter

Right now, I’m looking for my next challenge: ideally an in-house People & Culture role where I can build with continuity. I enjoy consulting, but I know I do my best work when I’m part of a team — when I can see the growth, influence the culture, and stay long enough to make a lasting impact.

I want to help shape an organization’s next chapter, not just advise on it.
